Chili's Grill & Bar

Tonight me & my husband came in to have dinner we waited an hour & 20 min for a burger & pasta. Once we received our food my pasta was cold cold. I asked the server to just to Microwave it since I already waited so long to eat. & she let us know she told her manger that my food was cold but no manger ever came to talk to us. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the server was outstanding the food on the other hand sucked!

I don’t normally write reviews but our experience was SO good at this location I have to give them props. From the managers, I think Cody and Caleb was their name? to our server, Jeremy we had an amazing experience! We had a 21st birthday to celebrate, and we were very worried how we can make an experience during this pandemic. And the chili’s team did that, gave us a great experience! They were accommodating, with social distancing practices, and Jeremy just absolutely killed our size party, jumping from table to table, giving great suggestions and service. I honestly may drive the 25 minutes just to go to this Chili’s location!nOh, I even had another staff member be so kind to me in helping me find the bathroom (lol), just a great staff!
