I must say the two ladies Ariel and KC that were working today are super patient and so kind. These two ladies helped me maximize my Torrid Cash and made my shopping experience awesome. Also, I had a friend with me who was having an issue with her sugar level and immediately Ariel ran and grabbed some candy for her. I cannot express my gratitude for their kindness. I hope these ladies are recognized for their outstanding job.nnOhhh and I saw something on a manikin that was no longer in the store. I wanted the leggings and so KC pulled down the manikin and gave me the leggings to purchase. Such a superb job ladies. I wish your store all the success and I hope the higher ups know what valuable folks they have working for them.nnI don’t live in the area, came in from out of state, but if I’m ever back this way, I’ll be sure to visit your store again!! To start I walked into Torrid to an amazing welcome and staff that was ready to help. I had called to verify that what I had ordered online was ready and it was on the counter waiting for me. It was so so nice to be around someone so happy and bubbly in these difficult times!!! Thank you so so much! I'm so sorry I did not find out the name of the amazing and wonderful young women that helped me!!

Staff is so helpful and polite always. A extremely pleasant shopping experience. If you're a curvy girl this is place you need to shop, trying clothes on is actually fun at this Store

I just stopped in here today to buy my Mom some clothes, and I encountered the two sweetest employees! I believe one was Amanda, and the other I cannot remember her name (I'm sorry) but they were so kind, and very professional! This store is in tip top shape as far as organization goes, and they have AMAZING SALES!

Staff were great. Selection was wonderful and priced right.
