Great selection of adidas shoes. And they actually had my size!

A first impression rather it’s phone or in person goes a long way. Live in Columbia, SC. Girlfriend ordered a pair of Air Max 95s from a store in Florida. Guess this store was the one that was able to fill the order. Shipped me one shoe. Being a former manager in a athletic apparel/shoe store, feel as though for one they would have to check to make sure both shoes were the same size. If that was done, they would have realized that there was only 1 shoe. So I called them, and a gentleman answered the phone and told me that he was going to get the manager. Needless to say, they left me on hold for a total of 18 minutes and no one never came to the phone. Great customer service ud83dude12. Hung up and call back and basically dumped the issue onto the local Finish Line for them to handle. After looking at the reviews, I guess I should have expected this.

Really great store with a friendly and helpful staff. I've been in a few times and even though they didn't have my size I was very happy with my experience. I was able to order what I was looking for online with the help of the staff and it showed up to my home in 3 days. Great sales to be had!

I went to go buy shoes there for my birthday and when it was time to go pay I handed the the cashier girl $52 cash and I was gonna pay the difference on card but she ended up saying I gave her $17 to put in the register and then charged me the rest in card. I didn’t notice till I was home and when i saw I called immediately to tell what happened. They told me if I went in again on Saturday they’d give me my money back so when we went in they said they won’t do anything since the paper said their drawer wasn’t over when in fact they’d be over $35 and change over. Employees lack respect for their customers and the stores around them. They are consistently blasting their music and using profanity while working. Take your business elsewhere.
