I wished I could rate this a zero stars ! Went in today to return an simple online purchase , was never told that after 90 day's you cannot receive a full refund ! Instead the manager force a In store credit card on me. It's not my fault your store was closed for 2 months due to pandemic! You should honor all people's refund during these desperate times of need!!

Get your shoes on! Lovely store. But the men's section seems to get smaller and smaller every year.

Update, nice staff but very wierd process of picking up an online order. I returned but because it was an online order they have no way of giving me a receipt or record of my return. So if it doesn't refund me, I have no way of proving I returned the shoes. So that is just not worth the trouble to shop here again sorry.nnExcellent safety practices in place, felt really safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lori at the cash register was great! Also, an associate approached me with wonderful customer service I was able to get the boots I wanted, I didn't catch her name but she had purple hair.

Pretty quick shopping. Easy to find nice big open store. The workers are nice helpful they have a huge selection! Have some great deals in back.
