Bowls stale. Steak old, chewy, and cold. Entire place was a mess. Not what I expect from a qdoba restaurant. In fact I’ve seen McDonald’s take better care of their restaurant! I will be happy to take my business somewhere else.

Well I didn’t actually go, I did have a great experience with this place. I ordered online via Qdoba’s mobile app (could use a redesign, BTW) to this location instead of the one I intended to. It wasn’t until after my pickup time that I realized my error, so I knew the food had been made. I called them, and a very friendly staff member picked up and I gave my name asked if there was any way to get refunded. Without asking any questions, he responded he could do that right away. Super nice touch, and email confirmation of refund came moments later.

The food was just bad. The best part of our entire meal was the stale chips we ordered in the side. My husband ordered steak quesadillas with shredded lettuce and queso. The steak was over seasoned and cold-it seemed like it wasn’t made today... or yesterday... or the day before that, and they put both the shredded lettuce and queso on the side and not in the quesadilla.nI ordered a salad. I wish I hadn’t. None of the ingredients seemed fresh down to the wilted lettuce. I ordered the lime vinaigrette on it and they put so much one it the whole thing was soggy and overpowered by the lime.nnI never leave mean reviews but I’m sorry this was just a very bad experience for my husband and I. We both didn’t even finish our food.

I usually don’t do these, and have been to this location before, but this time was absolutely horrible. The entire restaurant was dirty, the food was cold, and all the employees seemed to be messing around. Do not recommend coming here on a Saturday night.
