Miners Saloon

This is a really fun place in Downtown Golden with good drink selections, tasty food, and a rustic mining atmosphere. We had a lot of fun at trivia night too. I'd highly recommend stopping by here if you're in the area and looking for a drink.

As we all prepare for another shutdown on Friday eve, I'm glad that Miners has this dog friendly outside patio area that will remain open, plus they're expanding the seating in the alley, along with some new gas heat lamps for comfort.nnThey do a great job of Covid diligence, as do 99% of the clientele. Great food and taps will continue!

Great atmosphere, views and food!

Extensive, reasonably-priced cocktail and beer menu. Food was yummy, though our soup was luke warm. Service was average. Lots of staff congregating at the bar, not very attentive. Ambiance was cozy and cool for Golden. We would give it another chance, but probably won’t be recommending as a go-to.

Utterly disappointing bartender. Great wait staff that served my company food and bottle of wine. We walked inside for a glass of water and literally was told to buy another drink or F off. He then continued to say get the f out of here after we said we bought a bottle wine and were paying patrons. He said he didn't care and told use to leave. It was the worse service I have ever encountered by a bartender.nFollowing our issue, he started cursing at another couple that was frustrated at the way the bar was being seated. We all left and will NOT ever return or recommend this place to anyone. Very unfortunate.
