Before I put my experience I am going to put this: do not ask me to reach out to you and talk about my experience cause your staff has already shown they really don’t care about my experience.nnI have heard of people having tons of problems in the past but I still decided to give it a go. Dear god was tht a mistake and a HUGE waist of time. I went in for an ultrasound which is supposed to be a happy day. WRONG!!!! The doctor was fixiated in I was having a miscarriage. They didn’t have any of my information right on my file which lead her to also say I could be having an etopic pregnancy but when she did the ultrasound didn’t bother to check everything to try to locate the baby. And then after I messaged her to try to see if they had everything set up to around me still was like well I think this is happening.nnI was told to go in on a Sunday for blood work, was running around all over town to try to find an open lad only for their urgent care location off of Carr to tell me no places with labs were open on sundays. Go figure. Why send me to a lab that isn’t open. Like tfnnWent in Monday to get blood drawn again, and was met at the door with pure snarky attitude over the mask I had warn to my ultrasound Friday. The last time they gave me the blue mask at the door it smelled so bad of shapies and gave me a headache and I had to ask them for a different one. I asked the lady at the desk if I could have a different one and she got rude and told me no so I said alright and left.nnFound me a clinic and they are treating me well. Found out we are early with the baby and that’s why they didn’t see anything last Friday.nI wouldn’t waist your time here. It’s not worth it. They really could care less about you.

Had my first visit here today so I can't speak to the quality of the doctor I saw, yet. The staff who checked me in, the nurse practitioner, the doctor and the pharmacy staff were all very sweet and professional. I was in and out much faster than I thought I would be.

So far Kaiser has been very easy to access and most of the staff has been wonderful. The PA at the Gynocologist office, however was very disappointing. I would not recommend Jennifer Dean to anyone.

I am always satisfied by the professionalism demonstrated and care provided by the staff at this clinic.
