Poor customer service did not get change due to “change shortage”. Won’t even answer their phone and leave me on read on IG. Wasn’t even greeted upon entering, seems to be they haven’t changed their customer service whatsoever. Do Not come here. Try Culture St or just order your shoes online don’t waste your time coming here.

Not a bad store. Prices could be better and having more shoes. Would most definitely go out there and check it out again though.

Spoke with Julian and received an offer for 2 pairs of Retro 1s. Got to the shop to sell them and the guy there offered $100 less than the price Julian offered. I’m new to the Denver area and am looking for a good local sneaker shop to do business with and unfortunately Vice isn’t that. I’ve had better service thru FaceBook marketplace. Won’t be going back.

Very nice shop! Very large inventory and big selection. I would definitely pay them a visit if you're in the neighborhood.

This store rocks! They may not have “bargain” prices compared to online platforms but they do their best to keep their prices at market value and are very reasonable. Also, you have to think that you can pay them cash so you won’t have to pay the fees associated with buying online. I think if you walk in with an attitude expecting them to accept a lowball offer, maybe they won’t be super nice because that’s an insult to their business. But if you’re cool and you come in with a friendly and humble attitude, they are very reasonable.nTons of heat, stuff I can’t find anywhere else in the Denver area.
