Cool shoes

The staff was great. An employee helped me find the shoes I would eventually buy. Then another employee let me know about an App I could use to pay for and get the shoes right then and there (the person paying for it was out of state). All of this with them being polite and courteous as well.

Matt was absolutely a lifesaver when I wandered down 16th forgetting my mask in my car. I parked about 3 blocks away with a knee injury and once I arrived realized I couldn’t enter obviously with no mask! I thought about going back but couldn’t rush since I hobbled there anyways with my condition so I thought I’d call! He saved the day by handing me a package of masks at the door and I paid for them inside after putting one on! Was able to save myself a trip, pick up my daughters shoes and bought new masks because of his help! Thank you so much! I means more than you know.

Very Nice selection of shoes place but poor customer service and the guy who was in assistance to customers was so irritating personality and handle customers with zero respect I don’t who hire him in that type position.nNot good management.

These ladies were extremely helpful! The shoes I wanted they did not have in my size, but the sales associates were able to accommodate. They were very patient and kind! Thank you ladies!
