Hands down the best footwear store in the Denver area! Locally owned, super friendly, professional and an experience that I'll never forget!nnThe moment I walked in I was greeted by Alex, who is by far one of the most seasoned professionals I ever met. Not only did he help me find exactly what I was looking for, he was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.nnHe also had me test my running positioning via the treadmill, and showed it to me on the tablet. He's a master at his craft!nnThank you for everything! I will be referring everyone so that they can have the same experience :)

I was suggested Runners Roost a few years ago, but hadn't made a stop until today. I knew nothing about running shoes, or even how important shoes really are until today. Jake (awesome guy and conversationalist) helped me out so much today! I seriously I can't thank him enough. Plus the store itself was absolutely beautiful. I walked in with good expectations and left feeling completely rewarded and that I had found the perfect shoes. Thanks again Runners Roost, and thank you again Jake!! Great staff great service! Definitely coming back when I need new shoes.

My daughter and I went in to have someone help troubleshoot some issues with her shoes. Amanda greeted us right away and took the time to listen to what we had to say was going on. She then looked at my daughters current running shoes and explained some of the things that could be causing the issues. She went above and beyond to help find a great shoe in our budget that would help my daughter continue to be a successful runner. A huge shout out to Joel and Amanda for making this experience one that we will not forget. We will definitely do all of our shoe shopping there.

I did not understand the importance of having a knowledgeable sales person analyze my gate and running/walking style. I didn't buy shoes here, but I needed some shoe boxes to store some things, and out of all the shoe stores, I called to see if they would have any that I could have. Runners Roost was the only one to have any. I'm grateful for their excellent customer service, and if I ever need new shoes, I'll definitely be checking them out.
