Foot Locker

I went in to return some item that was bought from online and was treated very poorly and unprofessional especially the manager. Please you are being paid by the company to be there so do your job. With this type of customer service and work ethic no wonder why you are working at the shoe store. If you want to succeed in your professional life be more professional. Have a nice day.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Today my son and I walked up to the door and as a mother and daughter were leaving out, a male footlocker employee closed the door right in our faces. He walked over to the other employees and they all just looked at us through the store. I then looked at the store hours on the door, then looked at my phone. It was 7pm and the store had closed. I wish he would of just said that the store was closed because I didn't know. Now my son and I will never return to this store again. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll go Finishline or Champs where I haven't gotten a door slammed in my face instead.

Person in charge was very rude,to me and my family. Not only was he rude to us,but disrespectful to his co workers. I would fire him. I have been a long time customer, but I assure you I will put the word out not to shop there.
