Pedestrian Shops

I went in interested in buying a new pair of boots. I was helped by a gentleman named Buddy who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of boots and support a lot of local Colorado companies.nIt was my first time there and I had a great experience - it definitely will not be my last.

I have flat and wide feet, so shoe shopping is normally a miserable experience that takes hours and sometimes ends in failure. At the pedestrian shop I quickly found a pair that fits better than any I've ever worn before.

In the mood for new shoes. No other customers in the shop. Two girls chatting doing nothing. At no time were we asked if they could help us. I am almost sure they would have sold us at least two pairs but being left alone we found another place.

Definitely recommended if you are looking for comfy shoes that will take care of your feet! I was drawn to this shop after reading it is one of the few locally founded and owned in Boulder. The one in Pearl Street has a slightly larger variety but both have many options in comfortable shoes both for outdoors but also more casual options. I entered the shop at 15th street, and was greeted with a smile by Cyan, who kindly made sure I had enough assistance. Later, while hesitating on my choice, I also met Andie, the second lady working at the shop that day. Through honest comments and contagious enthusiasm, she made sure all my doubts were cleared. They will also assist you finding the right size for you, based on the shoe style. Unfortunately my size was not available, but both Cyan and Andie went more than the extra mile to help me get the pair of shoes I was interested on. I appreciated that a lot!

Worst customer service I ever had. And the selection is mediocre at best. I wouldn't waste my time going here.
