I'm annoyed and frustrated. I ordered boots earlier this week to a promise that I would have them on Friday. I don't get a call from them until Friday night at 8:30pm? Anyway I stop by today Saturday to get the boots, and they're the wrong ones... I wanted to use them for the stock show which ends tomorrow. Now I have nothing to wear. I have to wait another 7 days to receive the correct boots. Only reason I didn't cancel is because I'm not even sure they'll offer me a refund. Even if they say they can .. I Can't trust their promises. Save yourself time and don't buy from them.

The owners of this business have STOLEN a hat steamer from me worth $2500.00. I am a dealer & repair center for Hat Steamers in the retail & wholesale Western industries. They (the owner, his wife and daughter lied to me each time I tried to call Ricardo Luna the owner of record and he even got they're employee to lie to me). I had compassion for him & his needs & fell for his unending line of BS. He did promised to pay me in advance & called me to say he already had sent me the MONEY in the mail. He said his old steamer wasn't working & with my steamer he would be able to be able to go to the Denver Stock Show & Rodeo and make a good return on his investment. He told me he needed it for the Stock Show at the Coliseum, LAST JANUARY 2015. I've had problems with his paying me late on prior orders. He needed a part for his steamer a few years back & I had my girl friend bring it to Denver on the plane so he could have it for the Stock Show. After last January & no payment I phoned the State's attorney & they said to call The Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. I did that & they told me he wasn't listed with the BBB but they could call him and say a complaint was filed. Once the BBB called him I received an email stating he would send me a check for the stolen steamer along with his old steamer to have me repair it & he would pay me for the repair before I returned it to him. I said I would & that was the last I heard from him & everyone at his store said they would tell him I called again & he told his empoyees, wife & daughter to say he would call me back by 5:30PM which never has happened to this day. He was just buying time. I am 74 years old and he robbed me of this money as he was located in Denver & I am located in Tucson AZ. he used the distance to stay safe from me and NEVER pay me one dime.nWhen you shop at El Forastero at 4391 Federal Blvd in Denver these are the kind of dishonorable trash you're giving your money to so BE AWARE!nHE IS A REAL DEPLORABLE!
