Awesome customer service. They fit and check sizing. I've never had such detail put into work boots. A bit pricey but with a solid brand behind the price tag.

Horrible customer service, the one female had no knowledge of anything she was trying to sell other than 300.00 and up boots so I took pictures of the boots I was interested in to do my own homework as well as the way she spoke to her Male coworker in front of myself and another customer very rude and degrading definitely will not do business with them again. Any other store has to be better I'm just glad it was my first and last time.

I came in to look for some work boots, when I walked in I was immediately greeted by someone working there. He asked what I was looking for and told him what I needed. He then showed me the layout of the store and all that and told me to take a look around. Initially I was thinking “okay, cool. Super helpful and great experience” but then, as soon as I started looking around, the guy just wouldn’t give me time to look at things without constantly telling me something about whatever boot I was trying to look at. It was at the point where he was just constantly following me around the tiny store, trying to use the aggressive hospitality method like I was stealing. I was uncomfortable enough that I wanted to just leave and go to a different store, but lucky enough for them I needed boots ASAP so I just picked a random pair. Probably won’t be going here to get anything if they are that overbearing with their customers.

Awesome customer service! Individualized care from all of their employees. Would definitely revisit!
