I have referred patients to Henry for many years. He is an excellent orthotist and cobbler. When I have a patient that has diabetes and is getting foot ulcer, he customizes the shoe to stabilize the gait and protect the foot from injury. He can make shoes that have a bigger toe box to accommodate hammer toes and contractures. He can build up the shoe to support the ankle. He accepts Medicare reimbursement for patient with diabetes. He is a resource for treating patients with difficult foot issues.
The idiot who answered the phone was super unprofessional. What business does not take credit cards. I agree with the previous post that indicates the business is a scam! Super rude and arrogant on the phone! Wound not recommend this business to anyone! Go to reputable company!
