We just had our daughter here in July. She is my first child and I was so so happy with our experience. The jacuzzi, the big bed, the kind doctors and nurses, the fact that they never take baby out of your sight! They do all of the testing and bath right there in your room! The food was great. It was the best 4 days of my life!

On November 6, 2020; I had a scheduled lung scan. I was extremely nervous and anxious. I want to thank the gentleman; ct technician...that walked me to the lobby and made me feel so much better about the procedure. Such a kind man,. thank you

Do not go here if you need health care. Apathetic doesn’t even come close to describing the nurses, physicians assistant or doctor I dealt with during my visit. Administration was on the same level when I voiced my concerns.nnI will never set foot in this facility again. My dog gets better medical care at his veterinarian hospital than I received at Lutheran. They ran a bunch of a tests and likely generated a huge bill. Only to turn around and tell me they wouldn’t figure anything out today and they needed my bed space to make more money. The ER director said the onus was on me to make sure my medical exam wasn’t falsified by their staff.nnI can’t even put into words how disappointed I am in my fellow human beings, especially in a healthcare setting.

My dad's dieing of cancer. He was brought to the ED for severe respiratory distress. He laid in bed for quite a few hours in urine soaked clothes. My brother, an EMT and myself, an RN for 25years 20 of those in one of the busiest level 1 trauma centers in Colorado, provided what comfort measures we could for my dad. The nurse came in once or twice and fiddled around for a minute and left. I asked for pillows or blankets to reposition my dad for comfort. Yeah he laid supine for the whole time he was in the ED, oh did I mention the urine soiled clothes? The nurse came in and brought 1 blanket which she proceeded to cover him with. As I type this we are still in the ED waiting for my dad to go to the floor. We were told he was ready to go up 45 minutes ago. Never did see an RT so I reposition/put the BiPap mask on correctly. Your welcome someone was there to do your job.
