Great Hospital, the staff were all kind and friendly.

Positive: The PT/OT staff was very friendly and professional. Some nursing staff have a pleasant disposition and very good at what they do.nnNegative: The daytime head male nurse manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, he seems like an extremely miserable and deplorable human, likely due to a strongly ingrained small man complex that he acquired do to being bullied during childhood. The overnight staff seemed to not care much about their patients, allowing diapers to go unchanged for hours after requesting them to be changed and allowing loud IV alarms to go off indefinitely. As I write this a wheelchair bound elderly patient has not had a shower in 5 days, inspite of requesting a shower daily. This patient recently had his foot amputated due to an infection. You would think the staff would have the decency to clean this man. Shame on you!nnOverall score: 1/5 I would not send my worst enemy here. If my children ever sent here I would first disown them, then I write them out my will.

My Father is there now and this place is so short handed my father is not getting the care he needs. Every person we talked to tells us a different story from one day to the next. He is alone so often he pulled his trec out himself and now he pulled his feeding tube out too so they had to put in a new one. I was told we could do video chat with him since we cant go there, No one will call me back to do so, I am scared for him and helpless. This place is way to understaffed.

This place is something else I was rudely awakened by a guy who was rude as can be telling my wife repeatedly that she asked for a portable toilet his behavior was unreal it was as if he was offended to have seen she was married he stormed out the room upset and I feel very uncomfortable at this moment and I have been treated very well everywhere we been through this whole process of multiple operations and such and if staff members like Josh are still here don't come here cause how can I go to work knowing that people like him are praying on your women while your away and no this hasn't anywhere else the men acted accordingly and professional and I felt comfortable knowing that she was in good hands with professionals and now I'm thinking about filling up with my attorney
