American Elm

My mom and I ordered the Thanksgiving take-out meal and it was AMAZING!! I have always loved this restaurant, and we were excited to support them over the holidays (and not cook)!! We were totally blown away at how delicious the meal was, even with the transport and reheating!! So incredible. The staff was super friendly too. American Elm brought us a lot of joy today. Everyone should support them as much as possible!! Thank you, Bob and staff!!

Wife and I were trying to find a low key place for dinner and found American Elm on a quick google search... we didn’t have high expectations going in but we were BLOWN AWAY by the food.nnFirst off, the cocktails are fantastic. A true cocktail program, not the “we have the hits” add maraschino cherries.nnI had the Berkshire pork which was OUT OF THIS WORLD. The entire dish was so well balanced, perfect amount of salt, perfectly cooked and the grits/zucchini salsa combo was the perfect accompanying side.nnMy wife had the scallops which were also amazing. They cook them in a way that they never flip them, one side extremely crispy and delicious, the other side is buttery fresh. No clue where they get their scallops but tasted like they are right out the ocean. We have high expectations too when it comes to scallops living on the east coast.nnOverall I can’t recommend this place enough. From the service to the food to the ambiance. Perfect.nnThank you American Elm staff. You made our week!

I was excited try, went for brunch and ordered the biscuits and gravely with the tots elk style. Food was very tasty and the service was quick and attentive. The ambience was great. I will go back for dinner. Oh and my spicy Bloody Mary was very tasty

What a hidden gem! Food was amazing. SO GOOD! Everyone was raving! Service was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was casual, hip, fun and relaxing. So what I needed after a stressful day. Just wish I could have stayed longer. Can't wait to go back.

Nice restaurant, the staff is super friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. I ordered the pesto pasta, with pumpkin- it sounds better than it was. It lacked flavor, other dishes looked much better.
