wow! tasty treats across the menu here. I can't wait for the brewery/restaurant to open (they are operating as a food truck until the brewery is ready sometime around March).nnthis place has unique flavors you just don't find everywhere.nnI've eaten here a few times already so here are some tips on the menu:nnall 3 tortas are BOMB. the owner explained that Ahogada means drowned so this juicy carnitas sammy is covered with tomato based sauce. The chimichurri on the arrachera (steak) sandwich is house made. for the veggie folks out there, the jardin sammy is wildly good. I don't normally go in for that type of thing, but i've had this one twice.nnthe tacos flavors are similar to the tortas except for the al pastor. this is the real deal, with the meat shaved off of the one those roasting meat stick things.nni've also had the pupusa. what really nailed it for me was the pickled cabbage. explosions of flavor.
