What is the point of having the bartenders wear a mask when they constantly wear it around their chin anyways?

Price is high, portion on the sandwich sucked took forever ..... go to Subway it may suck as well but its cheaper

Had an issue with an order from a couple of nights ago and let Jameson know what happened, he took care of the mistake and let me know that he appreciates my business and customer concerns!

UPDATE:nPROBLEM SOLVED! A REFUND WAS MADE THANKS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HIS FAST APPROACHING OF THE SITUATION! I HOPE OUR NEXT VISIT GETS BETTER!!nnThe worst experience EVER!! I placed an order online and my husband went to the restaurant to pick it up. As soon as he gets there the really unhelpful staff tells my husband they don't have ANY order and sent him to a different location downtown. That's when my husband calls me upset telling me if I paid attention to where I bought the sandwiches...which I DID and my online receipt clearly shows the restaurant located in Colfax. So...my husband has to go back to the restaurant to find out our order was there the whole time just the staff was probably too lazy to noticed...but that's not all! As soon as my husband starts to check on the order...IT WAS ALL WRONG! Even the amount of sandwiches was wrong (we got 2 and we ordered 4) So my husband BACK AGAIN to the restaurant to talk to the manager who was SUPER UNHELPFUL as well. We ended up returning the order and asking for a refund THAT AFTER 3 WEEKS I'M STILL WAITING ON!!! We paid around 60 dollars and I'm not in a place where I can just give away money like this! And we're talking a lot of money here.nI demand to get my money back because that day we had to go to a different restaurant to pay for more food! This is beyond ridiculous! We will for sure never go back to that location!! You are the worst restaurant we've ever attended to and the management is so poor it seems there's any!
