The GPS took me to some mechanical shop. I seen no phat panda. maybe they better have bigger signs, or better directions. Maybe update their address. I went elsewhere!

I don't know maybe just a bad year but the products have gone way downhill. Look at these 2 prerolls. Big one from a month ago, small one from yesterday. Huge difference, when I sent an email to customer support they just laughed at me. Oh well it was good while it lasted.

I love most of the strains that o have purchased from rec stores. But my major complaint is they need to learn to roll their joints better. With my disability I am unable to roll myself, or I would.

Worst company I have dealt with, bought an ounce from PHAT PANDA FULL OF SEEDS AND THEY SAID OH WELL, WE KNEW IT WAS FULL IF SEEDS AND TRIED TO FLUSH IT OUT. THERES NO WAY, AND IF YOU KNOW ITS FULL OF SEEDS WHY SALE IT????? There customer service is terrible, they knew it was full of seeds still put it out at topshelf for 320 dollars and act like its no big deal. Which means they don't care about there customers and needs. I will personally never by phat panda products again, and its terrible because I bought them all the time. But the way they are handling this situation is very unprofessional and I will NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Definitely need to know more about customer service and how to handle a situation like this. And just to be clear the person I was talking to last night from company was more concerned and willing to help then the person today and its a very bad look. I've asked them to have management call and yet to hear from them.nAnd the fact they knew it was full of seeds and admitted that to me but still don't feel they should do anything about it WOW. IF THEY KNEW IT WAS FULL OF SEEDS WHY SALE IT AND ON TOP OF THAT AS TOP SHELF FOR 320 AN OUNCE MORE LIKE 120 AN OUNCE, BECAUSE OF MY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY, WHICH I HAVE FOR YEARS SMH
