This could be a great place. I had a good time, enjoyed the food and atmosphere but I have witnessed an experienced one staff member in particular be extremely rude and unprofessional I'm not sure what kind of reputation they're trying to get and I'm not sure that it matters to this particular employee but you would think if you hated being in customer relations you would find a different kind of job instead of being rude, unprofessional and bitter towards customers. Really just uncalled for. The rest of the staff is pleasantly nice, helpful and supportive. I am going to find the individuals name and report it to upper management. I understand some days may be unpleasant , but seeing this females actions more than one occasion, to other people as well as my own negative interactions with this individual. I don't even want to return honestly.

New manager is very unprofessional.Had money took out machine while using restroom. She tells me it was only $50. And this happens often Wich is nonsense,been coming here 10 years.nothing like this ever happened. She was to lazy to get person caught.nLady name Stella will allow her people to go around line for food or spirit, If you speak spanish your treated better. .All other staff are very nice very professional love to tip the rest of team.nDay shift is great . Jason on day shift is cool as all.
