Great personalized service, all needs are addressed and taken care of quickly and efficiently. This is how banking should be done! Highly recommended, especially if you are coming from a big bank and are tired of poor service.
Unfortunately, I chose to bank with them. They are much much too small for any service requiring bank information to work. The services that I have had an issue with or could not get to work are: Apple Pay, Wirecard, PayPal, Venmo, Ebay, and many others.
In addition to these huge inconveniences, this Bank took 7 months to process our credit card. I had to call multiple times for them to start the process over again. Their online banking, including their mobile app and website is sluggish, unrefined, and VERY difficult to use.
I desperately wish I would not have banked with them in the first place.
