They were so helpful. I walked in thinking I knew what I needed. When they asked if I needed help I replied that I needed a leotard for my 8 yr old. they looked at her petit self suggested a 12( which I'd never thought of) and it worked perfect!!

Excellent customer service! We traveled to here from NM to get my daughter her next pair of pointe shoes. We were absolutely thrilled with the very detailed examination of her foot shape and the perfect pointe shoes for her. We also learned about common ballet foot injuries, and the sales woman showed us how to insert spacers correctly as well as where to sew on the elastic and ribbons correctly. She also started a record for my daughter so when we come back, she will know which shoes worked for us before. In all, she spent more than an hour and a half we us. Best pointe shoes eval we've ever had, by far!
Ginger does an amazing job of fitting pointe shoes. Plus she made it right when we discovered a manufacturing flaw in a shoe. The knowledge, professionalism, and customer service here is superb. I travel over 250 miles specifically to be fitted here!
