I always appreciate the level of knowledge the sales reps have. They are willing to listen to your needs and provide options that best suit you. Rachel helped my Mom and I get shoes, and was patient and kind throughout. They have a nice selection of brands, and can also order shoes if you want more options. I highly recommend this store for all your standing, walking, or running needs.

I just love these guys. I went in a year ago because I was getting horrible shin splints while running. They put me on their foot map and treadmill and then paired me with an amazing pair of shoes that I ran into the ground. The best part is when I went back in a year later to buy another pair they had me on file and were able to order my exact shoes even though they aren't manufactured anymore. When I first went in I was nervous I'd be judged and feel put of place because I didn't have what I'd consider to be a runners body. Nothing could be further from the truth. The staff is incredibly friendly and meets you where you're at with your running journey.nnYou should never order a pair of running shoes online. Go in, let these guys fit you, and enjoy running like you never have before.

I received some awesome customer service at the Colorado Running Company. The staff was quick to help and very knowledgeable. I mentioned my recent issues with my plantar fasciitis. They suggested some useful products, gave me some tailored recommendations on shoes. My size was not available, but I now know what I am looking for in a running shoe as I get back out on the road. The sales associate that helped me was Tristan, and he was simply outstanding. I strongly recommend a visit to the store if you are looking for great service and running products.

We had to visit this indie running company on our way through Colorado Springs. It is positioned just off of Interstate 25: easy to get to. After one visit, I could tell that the locals have a gem of a running store! A team member opened the door for me with a smile. I have worked in the running apparel industry and at running stores for years now, and I was delighted by the friendly and helpful environment.nnThe shoe selection was beautiful to look at, featuring solid shoes for serious runners, trail runners, and local racers. Their range of apparel caught my eye, in particular. I was happy to see many local Colorado brands represented.nnI wanted more time in the store! This is the kind of establishment that should be supported through our pandemic season. The Colorado Running Company is a mandatory stop for the runner who visits Colorado Springs!
