Mckenzie is awesome...sizes for boots in larger than 9 needs some work.
The assistant Mgr Kylie and the District/Regional Manager Mr. H, were stellar. Both worked to fix bad experienced. Natalie the mgr needs customer serive and sensitivity training, just like the cashier Rebecca.
Great store I have ordered 2 cowboy style hats and both have been delivered very prompt and undamaged. They have a great selections and good prices , I do recommend buying something online from Cavanders
The employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. A lot of stores should be taking notes.
