The customer service is impeccable and their product follows their knowledge. I have very flat feet and work on them as a bartender many days a week. I’ve been having problems with my feet hurting even worse lately and I’m only 28. I went in, knowing it was a shot in the dark. But because of the reviews I came in, and Shawn fixed me right up. It’s him and his wife that run the store (I’m all about local), and you truly get the family feel. He really watched how I walked around the store and studied my walk, told me what I could possibly do to correct it. He personally made inserts for my shoes underneath my soles and 2 weeks later my feet are already feeling better. I’ll be coming back. Thank you so much ☺ufe0f
