Love these stores, didn't have size
Lots of options for all ages, fair pricing
Shoes are a good price but not worth the rude customer service. I was interested in a pair of shoes but there was only one in the box. Not a problem. But after waiting 5 minutes in line to request the other shoe the lady behind the desk was rude and then put off that I would want to try on both shoes and not just ring them up. She then looks to a guy and says you go baby sit him. I am a grown ass 50+ year old man I don't need baby sat over a shoe. I will not be back.
Horrible customer service. The store is large and roomy and the shelves are neatly organized. But there was NO customer service. I walked in and asked for help immediately to find shoes because I require a rare size. The 2 workers I spoke with did not offer to come and help me. In fact they told me if they have it it will be in the woman's section. I just kinda looked at them. The departments are not labeled. I said where would that be and they gestured to the back corner. So I ventured back there. I was with my family. We all searched through aisle after aisle of shoes. There were other employees throughout and not one offered to help. I ended up having to get a man's shoe. Then the line was pretty long and only one employee was taking customers while another stood there and looked around. Even my kids were like wow these people are lazy.
