We have been looking for a puppy for a while and avoided pet stores. On a whim, we stopped in and it wasn't what we expected. It was way better. We worked with Linda from the beginning and she educated us on the breeds, the process, the breeders and everything else we asked. She was a wonderful concierge and we could tell she genuinely loves the animals. She was joined by Jamie to go through all of our paperwork and they were both so great. I honestly can't commend them enough. Not only did we get the dog we wanted most but they changed our view on pet stores as well. We are so happy with the whole process and can't thank Linda and Jamie enough. Great job!

Great experience with a truly caring staff. Jamie was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive to us throughout the visit and the process of getting our new puppy. Edward helped make our check-out process informative and go as quickly as possible. This is not the pet stores of the past. Great cared for animals with a knowledgeable staff.

My boyfriend and I stayed in Colorado for a week and went to Pet City just browsing. One of the employees named Derrick let us in in between appointments which was amazing! We got to sit down with the dog and we instantly fell in love with her! They held her for us until we left Friday to go back to Wisconsin! It was super easy and we bought her right then and there! So if you ever go to Pet City look for Derrick!! He was amazing and helped us out!! Would definitely go back! They gave us our first baby puppy!

I had one of the best experiences I could have had and it was all thanks to the staff and especially to one specific person- Jami! Not only does she care about the fur babies but she cares tremendously about the fur parents. To feel cared for and to see that pet city takes real initiative in where their fur babies are going. I couldn’t recommend a better place to go, seriously!
