The Little Clinic

I was able to make an appointment over the phone quickly and easily for later that evening. The check in process was easy and I was being seen by the doctor before I knew it. Kristen was very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns, and took time to follow up the next day. The professionalism and friendliness made me feel more at ease.

Had a good experience and there quick there doctors and employees are very knowledgeable and kind Recommend this place if ya sick or know of anyone that needs to get health care, appointments are quick and easy.

Unfortunately, this place doesnt make sense. Where appointment is mandated, had one for 11:35. Checked in early, vitals got taken then sent to wait. Meanwhile, 4 patients who arrived after me in and the phone is constantly ringing, one of the staff is in training and he doesn't know how to ask the required pre-requisite questions so he inputs inaccurate information. It's now been an hour and still waiting. Two couples have come and gone that tried to call and obviously no one is manning the desk or picking up in the back.

***DO NOT USE! NEGATIVE STARS***nI wanted to let you know about my experience at The Little Clinic. The one I went to was in the King Soopers off of Austin Bluffs and Academy. This was the worst experience ever.nnI made an appointment for 1700 yesterday, 10/19/20. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early. Called the number in the email, twice, each time rang for about 3-4 minutes with no answer, just rang. I proceeded inside. The receptionist couldn’t have been more rude. Told me to sign in on the kiosk, did not wipe it down after my use. After I checked myself in, she stated I would be seen shortly. The one person in the patient room was walking out as I sat down. The room she used was never cleaned after she left. The doctors/nurses all were in the other locked room. The receptionist went in and out of that room several times. 20 minutes later, I am still waiting. I asked the receptionist about how much longer, she stated it would be soon. Another 15 minutes went by and I got up and asked her again, she said she didn’t know. I asked her if she could go and check, she bluntly stated “no” and proceeded on. I asked her if I would be seen in the next 5 minutes, she once again bluntly stated “no” and once again proceeded on. I then asked her what I needed to do to cancel my appt. She said nothing and I was good to leave. I then left, no flu shot given.nnAs I was speaking with the receptionist, another lady came to check in, once again, after her check in, the kiosk was not wiped down. The entire time I was there, I was the only patient waiting to be seen, for a flu shot.nnI will never be going there again.

Christopher Lockett is the best!!! Spent time explaining everything to me, first time I have EVER walked out of an appointment, from a medical office, understanding my bloodwork!!! Would HIGHLY recommend him!!!! AMAZING healthcare provider!!!
