IVP at The Beach House

I am a person to not write many bad reviews but if I do, it’s for a GOOD reason. I had been to IVP before and had a great time with friends. Another group of friends and I decided to go again and many of them had come from Denver, so we were carpooling. One of our friends had to bring all of her stuff with her in because she was not driving and unconsciously brought her bag of chipotle with a half eaten burrito in it (with no intention of eating it at IVP). About 15 minutes of being there, the owner came by to point out the bag. Our friend apologized and said she would throw it out immediately. The owner did not care and said “you should know better” and proceeded to kick her out. We tried talking to the other owner and she was understanding about it but couldn’t do much about the situation. We decided to all leave and luckily got a refund. This situation could have been handled WAY differently but as the owner said himself, “I can do what I want”. In the end, I did not like how the initial owner talked and overall treated our friend, who had NO ill intention to sneak food in to eat it. On top of that, none of the employees were wearing mask. I WILL NOT be coming back due to the treatment of customers/regulars and the HOSTILE environment.

We had our daughters 16th birthday party at IVP at The Beach House as she loves volleyball! We reserved two courts and the banquet area/patio on the sand (lower floor). The courts are conveniently right next to the patio (banquet area), which was great! As everyone was in the same proximity and could mingle regardless if they were playing volleyball or hanging out on the patio. Ginger and the other staff we very accommodating and helpful! We definitely recommend this beach house for any event or a day of fun!

Great place. Have been playing here since new owners took over and they have made it a great place to play, eat, and drink. Food is always to notch and the staff is very friendly. Very safe place to play as they have the largest outdoor facility in Colorado. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get out and play or of you are looking for a place to host an event.

Been playing here all three seasons! Such a large outdoor venue. Tons of space and playing volleyball outside without masks is very safe and separated. The owners are awesome and food and drink prices are very very fair! Playing volleyball all night is only 7 dollars and you can go until close! Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been coming here for 4 months & I absolutely love it. The quesadilla is so freaking good! The owners are super chill. I talk about this place all the time. Definitely recommend this.
