Texas Roadhouse

I waited over an hour and a half to be seated. I understand the wait time because of COVID so waiting an hour to be seated is fine, but when I started parties of the same amount (5) walk straight in and be seated and be told by the hostess it's because they requested a specific waitress and they were friends, that really irritated me. The I saw groups of three walk in and get seated right away as well. We even called ahead like we were instructed to. If it were reservations, fine, but the fact that the hostess said it was friendship it was ruined it for me. The entire time we were waiting outside, she kept looking at us and almost acted like she didn't want to help us in anyway. Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but this was outrageous. I'm giving it a three star instead of 1 because our waiter was fantastic and the food was good as usual. But overall, could've had a better experience.

Upside: Fast service friendly staff, food is exceptionally good, good portions, curbside service, plenty of inside / outside seating, bar area, daily specials, other specials as well (veterans, birthdays, etc.) This is in a shopping complex, so can accommodate vehicles with trailers, etc.nDownside: None really. Wish they still had the peanut barrels out but I bet the cleaning person is happier...nComments: Prime rib, chicken fried steak, one beer was $45. So price is moderate. Manager was nice. Would go here again and do recommend. Be sure to do call ahead seating.

So I must start by saying I am not really a fan of big chain restaurants. But this location really flipped that opinion. The food that was served was done absolutely as was asked . The drink recommendations were spot on . And what really topped it all was the owner/management were right there checking on everyone that was dining. A great experience that was truly unexpected. Will definitely go back for more. Staff and management , my hat is off to you.

The service was superb! Our server Nolan was fantastic. We have always loved coming to Texas Roadhouse! The steaks were full of flavor and really tender. Thanks for a great dinner! See you all again soon.

I attended a fundraising planning event. We had a breakfast. I enjoyed the fresh delicious food. Kudos to the chef for doing foods not normally done. Restaurant was clean. Staff was very attentive and courteous. If your group needs fundraising I would highly recommend them. My family will be back for a traditional steak and fixings.
