Old Chicago

So our server was absolutely horrendous. Was there an hour and a half before we said something to the manager to get our food to us. Chicken wings were raw and the server I guess didn’t think she needed to wear a mask. Never again! If I could give no stars I would. Pics to prove below!

Old Chicago Austin Bluffs and N. Academy is open for business. Once you arrive, you are greeted and they will seat you according to your party size. You are spaced more than 6ft apart from the next grouping. Food was good and the customer service was great.

Stopped at this restaurant today for the first time since moving to the springs. I had salad and a pizza, thin crust. The salad was fresh and crisp and plentiful. The pizza that thin crust was to die for. It was buttery and crisp and light all at the same time. Now for the people that work there, I had Tyler who was a great server. I also had a chance to talk to the General manager Ben. Very accommodating and welcoming to me. I will be going back, Best Pizza in town and the prices are very decent! !! I would definitely recommend this place at this location. ud83dude01

Had hostess seat us outside and asked her to make sure they did not forget we were there. 20 minutes later we left as never got waited on.

Food was decent, service could have been better, but over all good.
