Horrible, over cooked seafood . but the service was great

Pricey for what you get... Cajun steampunk full of muscles, in exchange for crab you use to get

We just wasted $114 not including the tip, the waitress was fine. But the food got to our table and it wasn’t even hot. The shrimp tasted bland and my bacon wrapped shrimps were wrapped in bacon fat, not actual crispy bacon. My son didn’t even like his burger and burgers are his favorite food, I was giving him some of my shrimps and he didn’t even want them. Overall, our food was not good, it wasn’t hot at all. I can’t believe we wasted that much money on dinner, we ended up going to Costco afterwards and bought hot dogs and pizza, which was a heck of a lot better and cheaper. Won’t be back.nn**UPDATE **.nnWe decided to give Joe’s another try, my friend and I wanted seafood for our night out. I got the Cajun steam pot and it was so fresh and delicious. There was plenty of food packed into that steam pot that was hot and flavorful, it was a total 180 from the time before. My friend got the steak and shrimps with veggies and mashed potatoes, she said hers was delicious and her steak was cooked perfectly. We also got some garlicky mussels that were also delicious! Our waitress was so attentive and nice and made sure we were taken care of. I will continue to go here and I can’t wait to go back. It was absolutely delicious, I can’t say enough good things!

I usually only come to Joe's because the young manager who usually works every night is awesome! She really encourages the staff and you can tell she has all of their backs without questioning anything. I've witnessed her hard work! I'm a bartender and I can tell difference immediately last two times I came in she wasn't working. You can tell a difference that the older lady doesn't support her staff like the younger one does. I've seen her yell at each of them for no reason and it made my visit uncomfortable. I hope she is temporary. I will try come see the younger one again this weekend. If she is there I will change my review to five stars because she is everything you would want in a manager and more!
