The girls at the store were wonderful. They showed us exactly the items we were looking for and navigated us to specific areas of the store for additional choices anx options, all the shile giving us useful tips and information based on personal experience and knowledge of the merchendise in the store. They sre alwats very nice and helpful st Eddie Bauer!

My sales associate, Emily, was so friendly and accommodating. She's the reason I purchased hiking boots at EB.

I am a very picky person when it comes to clothes and what I wear but I have found so many good things at Eddie Bauer. The employees are as helpful as possible and do whatever they can to make sure you get the clothes you want to. I have not had a bad experience here so far. I will say that sometimes they can be pricey but there are definitely things in there that make it worth it. If they ever have a sale available I would peek inside to see the deals they have just in case you find something you really like.

Worst experience ever. The person who greeted me was rude, and when I asked to exchange some shoes (I had bought them from the boulder store 4 months prior, lovely experience, very nice helpful people there, but the shoes were ripping a bit) the lady I was directed to, Christine, said that I could not exchange my shoes here and that I had to do it at the store where I bought them. She then turned me away. People here are rude and unhelpful, and that policy isnt true, I’ve exchanged other things at different Eddie Bauer stores before with no trouble, especially at the boulder store. This store could learn a lesson from the boulder staff, that’s for sure.
