Over the top excellent customer experience. I see the other reviews stating inadequate staffing- I have felt that before. Now, it is totally reversed. I was very impressed by their current staffing and flow of customer service during a very busy day.

Sarah provided great customer service and helped us find 4 pair with orthopedic shoes/boots for the wife. Way way expensive but needed!

Upper Manament needs to fix this store. The manager was using a pen to tickle another Male employee while both were flirting with a younger female employee. The only one working was another female employee that you could see was visually upset that she was trying to take care of customers. We waited for one of the 3 people behind the register helping one customer for 5 min. Not one of them approached us or asked if we needed help. We did indeed need help we had questions. We left. We will not be back.
