Stella was so awesome! She helped me find all sorts or cute tops, and helped me find the right size jeans. I need a 36/37 inch inseam and they always have that length in stock, which I love! She helped me find the right color top to go with my newly natural grey hair. Such a great experience! I love The Buckle! Thank you Stella!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! After buying our jeans here for 10 plus years, spending minimum $500 every trip, I’ve been paying to have the zippers fixed on a couple pairs (no, not from them being tight, they fit exactly the same) and this time I wanted Buckle to take care of the issue because it is their responsibility. 200 days old and they wouldn’t do ANYTHING to fix the problem, she basically said eff off I don’t care if you ever shop here again instead of being SOMEWHAT accommodating. She said “these are not in good enough condition I would send back to my manufacturer” ... well I wash them alone exactly how the tag says to, soooo it’s YOUR jeans that are the problem. BKE nor BUCKLE stand by their clothing, good to know, there are plenty of places that do proudly stand by their products.

The buckle in FlatIrons Mall always has a phenomenal selection of gorgeous jeans, tops, sweaters belts and accessories like cool bracelets and earrings. The manager, Carrie and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. They will give you an honest opinion if the outfit especially the jeans look great on you or not. And I appreciate that very much
