Love shopping at tillys, great customer service. Had a sales associates name Josue who helped me & made my shopping experience very enjoyable & easy.

The line to check out was not long. Only one team member checking customers out. He was having trouble with the system. He apologized fir the wait and repeatedly asked for help but was ignored by a girl who was his superior. I had to go find her and ask her to help him. She was rude and did not bother to say sorry for the wait or thank you for shopping with us. Terrible customer service!

Ashley was an incredible assistant to me as a tried on clothes. She continually checked on me and got new sizes as I needed them. She was so kind and a hard worker, was truly impressed.

Everything is way overpriced. Worked here for 3 months and never got a single thank you for working in the back the entire day and for folding clothes for 7 hours. And then they tear down a sticker they asked me to put up to remember me by. Screw this place.

This company needs to invest in cashiers. I've stopped shopping here cause the checkout line is ridiculous.
