Front desk woman, Chandler, was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. My appointment was at 2pm. I waited in my car and called several times, per their request, with no answer. Finally, at 2:02pm I go inside and no one is there. I wait until 2:10pm and she comes out saying they were on their mandatory lunch until 2pm and didn't have a voice-mail set up. The appointment itself was fine and professional and the only reason I gave 2 stars. Over 72 hours later I am still unable to get ahold of the clinic for my test results for COVID. No one will answer the phones and I cannot leave a voice-mail still.

Both the PCT and NP were very friendly and efficient in getting me in for my flu & tdap vaccines, especially since I was a walk in. They take medicaid!!

Val was awesome. I had an appointment, so the wait was minimal. The place is staffed by 2 people. If you don't have an appt, then don't complain about a long wait. Val was professional, courteous, humorous, and very knowledgeable. She gave me what I needed for Bronchitis and I am already on the mend. This place is in high demand, so if you are in a hurry, probably shouldn't come here. But if you have time, it's very convenient and an appt is beneficial.

They were able to see my son same day when our PCP couldn't. Valerie, the nurse practitioner who saw him, could not have been more compassionate or kind. She was thorough in her explanation of his diagnosis as well as her explanation of what to expect and watch out for as he recovered.

The front desk nurse was very nice and helpful but she was the best part of the experience. The doctor herself was not very friendly and I went in for chest pain and difficulty breathing with my cough and she recommended nasal spray for allergies and my “facial pain” which was not ever a concern. Honestly a waste of time. Then I went to the pharmacy for my useless nasal spray and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and she said they had just received the prescriptions. The nurse is the only reason for them getting even one star.
