It's a hotel bar/restaurant. Beer selection is better than most but nothing spectacular to write home about. Menu isn't bad but execution is about what you'd expect from a regular chain restaurant. Service was par to sub-par - multiple servers coming/going, no one checked on how food tasted, and had to flag someone down for the bill. If you're at the hotel and want something easy, totally acceptable place to get some easy food. Don't recommend it for anyone coming here specifically to dine.

Incredible experience, atmosphere, and customer service from Sage working the bar. We had a rough experience right before at a nearby bar, and the staff here welcomed us with opened arms. Thank you. Can’t wait to come back to eat, drink, and stay at the hotel!

Went to The Tap Room while visiting CO from New Jersey. Started off with the sweet chili wings - usually I don’t like bone in wings but they were fall off the bone and the sauce was absolutely delicious. For the entrees, my boyfriend got the filet mignon and I got the brisket sandwich. For the steak, I have never understood the phrase “melt in your mouth” in regards to steak until I tried this one. I cannot recommend it more. The side of potatoes were also absolutely stunning. My brisket sandwich was amazing too - the horsey sauce tasted homemade and fresh, and the fries were a great side to have! I wish we could have tried some of the dessert, but unfortunately we were so full from the apps and dinner! On top of it all, the light lager from the beer menu from Fort Collins (I don’t remember the name) and Fat Tire were great - a perfect paring to tie in great food! Our server was super friendly, too. All in all - I cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give The Tap Room 10 stars!!

Their chopped brisket sandwich was quiet good. The gentleman seated next to me at the bar recommended it to me. Good beer selection, nice atmosphere, and friendly service. A bit pricey but can't beat the convenience if youre staying at the Omni Interlocken.
