Great wine selection, professional staff. The best Italian food in Colorado. We had Beef Ragout, their wonderful meatloaf, and mozzarella gnocchi.nnEverything was outstanding. The waiter / owner was great at picking wine pairings for each dish.nnThe Strudel dessert was the perfect way to finish the evening paired with the perfect glass of wine.nnPlease do yourself a favor and eat here

I have been here multiple times for espresso and pastries; lunch and dinner! Everything is well paired with wine and handmade / flesh squeezed cocktails.nOwners are were welcoming and they told us a history of Vinca and their background. Very exciting.nMake sure you try the European hand made pasta or Vienna Schnitzel paired with an extensive wine list!nI highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone! ud83eudd42ud83cudf89

Oh my...this is THE place! Thank you Tomas and Paul for making us feel so comfortably safe, welcome and at home. Your fun personalities and attention to detail make Vinca very special. Yes, the outdoor dining was lovely but oh...the food!!!! Excellent wine and the BEST schnitzel, apple strudel and coffee! Seriously beats all schnitzels I've had including some from highly acclaimed restaurants in Vienna and Munich. Wow! So fabulous...can't wait to come back! Thank you again for a special evening with our family.

Headline here is...Get your a$& to this place! Read on for detailsnnThis place is truly family owned and you can feel the passion. There is a true love of wine and food here. The starter we chose was burrata. The consistency was beautiful, the flavors were incredibly fresh and balsamic was icing on the cake as it were. Main course, we had the fettuccine with mussels and white wine as well as the meatloaf. The noodles were hand made and perfectly cooked. Absolutely unreal when you pair them with the prepared to perfection mussels. The meatloaf may seem like it was thrown in for an american, but the mediterranean inspired flavors shine. The meatloaf was incredibly well seared and had a herbaceous undertone. Those herbs and flavor carried over into the heavenly potatoes. You might think this is a bit heavy, but that is where the simple and flavorful salad comes in to lighten it all up. Phenomenal pairings with wine and the owners are so caring. They make you feel like you being welcomed into someone's home kitchen. This place is not to be missed.

Went for lunch with girlfriends yesterday and taking my husband to dinner tonight! The PEI mussels are the best I’ve ever had and I always get them where ever they are on the menu. The owners are quite charming and the menu is authentic, unique and delicious. Highly recommend!
