After 4 years of never missing a credit card payment. They decided to cancel me when I missed one payment. I told the lady on the phone I was in the bank parking lot at my local branch and will be getting it taken care of today and to please not call me as I’m working with my local branch. She said yep, I’ll call you everyday until it’s paid in a nasty tone and hung up on me. I walked into my local branch and the branch manager was on the phone with the lady who was on the phone with me proceeded to cancel my credit card. AFTER 4 YEARS OF NEVER MISSING A PAYMENT.nnAbsolutely appalled with their customer service.nnWILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
Every weekend when i go to deposit my checks at the ATM the banner bank on division. Its out of order???? ud83dude20 fix it right!!-
I like this bank alot I been with them for many years since I was 15yrs old and now I'm older and they always been good and answering all my questions very nice good people to bank with.
I have been with Banner Bank for the past four years after my previous bank shut down in March of 2013 and my aunt retired after that. I decided to switch to Banner to keep my banking close to home. I have rarely any problems with them, since the tellers are all friendly, warm, and welcoming.
All of them are great! Thank you Paige especially for all of your help all the time!
