Went into torrid to buy my mom a shirt and was indecisive. Had a sweet employee zariah help me decide and she showed me other shirts to choose from as well as having great customer service she actually interacted with me nicely. But it seemed the other 2employees felt the need to take her away from me to go do other tasks. I work retail and have a few years of experience so I understand work doesn't just consist of completing tasks, but to also make the customer feel welcomed and want to shop there again. Now I don't feel comfortable anymore to go back and have her customer service because I'm afraid she might get in trouble. I just didn't understand the micromanaging vibe I was getting from the other 2. I'm giving it 5 starts because the minute we walked in she was helpful letting us know the deals and even offered to help us decide. Great store though.

Super helpful staff. I had to get some clothes for a loved one. The ladies here walked me through women's sizes and what to buy. Made the whole experience much easier than I was worried it would be.
I came close to close Saturday night and was helped by Ken. He was amazing, encouraging and helped me pick out so many perfect pieces. I can’t say enough great things about him. It’s rare that someone makes you feel like the genuinely care about what you are looking for. Thank you so much!!!❤ufe0f
