I've been going here for the last 10 years always been treated well and service has been 100% on point. Recently I had a online store order get mixed up for my 4 Y/O daughters shoes I had to return the shoes to the store. Courtney has always helped us with my daughters shoes she handled the Situation perfectly amazing Customer service. Based on her Postive demeanor and Amazing Additude my Family and I will continue to faithfully shop at this Champs.
This store is poorly ran and all the people who work there could care less about how they treat customers and take forever to get shoes. The manager is so rude. I would suggest footlocker or shoe palace where they actually know how to run their stores.
Best spot
The 3 girl workers were chit chatting too much and when I asked if they could match Foot Lockers coupon they said we dont do that.
