Need better selection of dress boots w heels
They had a good selection of clearance shoes in my size, which can be hard to find. During check out the cashier, Sam, was extremely helpful and kind- she made it a great shopping experience!
You seriously need to update your hours on here! It says you open at 10am on Sundays but the hours posted on your door say 11am! Ridiculous!
Honestly I don't know why I bothered. Today was a perfect example of why I never shop at Off Broadway. The customer service isn't worth the savings. God help you if you need to return something. Perhaps this store could invest in some customer service/people skills workshops for their employees? Too late for this customer. Seriously, spend the money to go elsewhere.
While I love Off Broadway for their deals the customer service in this store is either non existent or laughable at best. The girls who work there are very catty and not helpful and some can be down right rude.
