Loved my experience here today! I needed help choosing a new shoe. They had me do a gait analysis and provided several options to try based on the analysis. Everyone was super friendly and had competitive prices. The girl helping me even recommended a social media page to follow for stretches based on what I shared was bothering me during a run. Such a great running specialty store with amazing customer care, great selection of running shoes and awesome deals!!! I had not an easy issues, but it was solved very fast and easy for me. Highly recommending this running store!!! My new favorite!
Have to say honestly....absolutely stellar customer service! Matt, Leah, and Aidan made my experience so great. I've been in retail for 30 plus years, and this is as good as it gets. Informative, courteous, no pressure, and just overall fun to shop here. Matt is amazing! He is so kind, sincere, and paitent. He has tremendous foot anatomy knowledge, and explains it in lay terms. If I could rate more than 5 stars, he would deserve 10! The store was clean and employees wore masks. 110% satisfied.
This place has very good staff and they listen to you. They dont want the most expensive shoe sold they want the one that fits and feels the best. Very knowledgeable and professional!
