They got my dog baya in immediately on a Sunday for a large open wound on her side. The staff was great! A doctor came out very quickly to take a look and assured me everything would be okay. She ended up with quite a lot of sutures and surgery but they fixed her up. I’m glad they were there for me and everyone was amazing. I can’t thank them enough!! I live 1.5 hours south but will definitely recommend them if your in Denver area.
This team is absolutely amazing! They were able to take our emergency right away. Awesome care and our dog was back to her normal self the next day. They even refunded us some of what we paid up front. Honest and caring vet professionals. Thank you so much CVSG!
Really great people who are caring and reasonable. By this, I mean they don't recommend procedures or tests that aren't needed given the circumstance. I have a very old cat and we wanted to make her feel better but we weren't going to do anything crazy like surgery or MRI/ultrasound. Ultimately, we made a best guess on her situation given the blood work done and treated her. Happy to she is much better now!
Wow! Super efficient and above the rest in co stand updates and communication throughout my time with my pup in the ER. The doctor explained everything so thoroughly and took her time to make sure I understood everything. She never made me feel like I was just an in and out patient and taking my money. I was super happy about the time that was taken to communicate all. Everyone I spoke with and met was so kind. I thought their prices were much more affordable than some ERs. Hope another ER visit isn’t in the future but if so I recommend this place.
Our sweet baby had the end of his life here today. It was very, very difficult. But I want to extend my deepest thanks to the staff here for how they handled things and treated us. Especially the doctor, who explained everything to us and what to expect, and who allowed us to embrace our boy as he left us. The whole staff was very compassionate towards us, and I appreciate them also allowing our other family dog to be present. I feel comfort in knowing Zeke left us surrounded by family, in comfort, and being cared for. These decisions are heartbreaking and we appreciate the compassion we were shown.
