Took to long but boneless wing were solid

My fist experience here and i like it. it's very good place to go with friends and enjoy some sport game. Wide assortment and I'm happy to find here not only spicy food. Very good service, team know their assortment and help you to make right choice.

Extremely disappointed! I have served in the Army for 18 years and am still serving on Active Duty. This was my first experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings since moving here a couple weeks ago. I called before we arrived to verify that the location offered a military discount and was told by the person who answered the phone that they did offer one. I even had him verify with his manager prior to coming in and the manager also verified it. I was only about .3 miles away when I called. When we finished eating we were informed that they no longer offered a military discount. I find it kind of interesting because they just told me, minutes before I arrived, that they offered a discount for active duty military. When the waiter went to speak with the manager, he came back and said his manager was too busy to talk with him. This is very poor! I have been a leader in the Army for over 15 years and just cannot see how a manager would be too busy for a customer. That manager needs to have some serious training on people relations. Unfortunately, I will probably never return to this location and one of my worst B-dubs experiences to date.

Definitely wasn't the best experience. The first beer that came out had a hair floating in it. They did replace but still unacceptable. We ordered a 30 piece traditional wing. Upon delivery it was clear that the wings had set for a while before they got to our table as they just look dried and withered. Additionally, as seen there are only 25 wings. 5 Wings may not be a big deal but it's just not what we ordered. We tried to wait to address it with a server but we did not see her for about 10 more minutes. It wasn't worth waiting any longer to address it as the wings were already warm and we did not want them to get cold.

Wanted to place order for pickup. Most of the time the app won’t work for this location and tonight was no exception. App wouldn’t let me place order, got all the way through ordering before it told me I couldn’t. So I tried calling and couldn’t get through for a LONG time but my wife insisted so I kept trying. Finally ordered and they said ready in 45 min. However when I got there they told me it would be another 30 minutes. This location seems to have some issues.
