Brew staff does an amazing job delivering a high quality product across the board. E.J. is the best bartender! He's always super nice and efficient. We regular this Grist location because of the relaxed atmosphere and great brews. The service is an added bonus! Check out Saturdays for live music from Party Cat which is hilarious and a good time!

Having their own food truck now brings this place to another level. There is always a beer for everyone, no matter what you like. The servers are always friendly, and we love the patio and open garage doors during warm weather. One of our favorite breweries.

Love this spot in Highlands Ranch!! My husband and I love the beer selection, the new grist grub food truck and the atmosphere. Seriously we hang out here a few times a week it is so fun and relaxing, and such a great location so close to a lot of people in Highlands Ranch.

I didn't completely give it five stars because when I initially asked for the sour punch sour beer somehow or another he heard lager... And when I got the beer I was like that's not sour at all. But the next beer that was actually the one that I ordered was amazing.
