Outback Steakhouse

One Thursday evening, a few weeks back I ordered take out dinner for my family of 5. Unexpectedly, another family member decided to join, so I added another meal. The young lady on the phone happily processed my additional request and explained she’d be able to add the additional charges to my card. Unfortunately, my bank declined both transactions for potential fraud. A week later, I was in the restaurant. I asked for the manager, Tom. I explained I owed him for the ‘take-out’ night and I went to hand him my credit card. He politely declined and explained that the “take-out’ night was taken care of by the restaurant management and owner. This was a $200.00 dinner! I was amazed by this incredible act of kindness. In today’s times restaurants are struggling to stay open. I thought I would give back by taking the time to share my story and encourage all of you to support my local Outback Steakhouse in Highlands Ranch, CO. This team showed exceptional charter that was way beyond what was expected. Thank you Outback, Highlands Ranch.

Big comfy booth, great food and friendly service. The restaurant is super clean and our drinks and food were served promptly and with a smile. The Outback has figured out how to keep people safe, happy and well-fed!

People were sat before us that checked in after us. The only good thing about it was that the bartender was friendly.

Came in on a Saturday night, called ahead to get on the wait list and only had to wait a bit once we got to the restaurant. All of the hosts were super nice, and the bartender was efficient & friendly! Tasty food.

Excellent food and service! Seth P was very professional and friendly. Filet and lobster was so good! Best house salad I've had. Definitely going back!
